Breakfast overpriced for what you receive, with limited options. The room had a persistent smoke smell, and the broken window didn't help. unable to open all the way for fresh air. One of the lifts out of service added to the hassle.

Staying here with my three kids was delightful! The breakfast was tasty, and the pool was a fantastic hit in the mornings. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of main attractions, making it easy for family outings.

Location is a major highlight here. Just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The shower in my room impressed me, easily the best I've experienced in Morocco this trip. However, the overall room felt bare-bones. Only two threadbare towels were provided, and when I asked for more at night, housekeeping had already left. The noise from outside was annoying, mostly dogs barking and unfamiliar sounds, which the hotel couldn’t control. I also didn’t appreciate the lack of nearby electrical outlets, especially by the bed. Staff responsiveness was hit or miss. I tried to call a few times but no one answered, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, I did enjoy the friendly atmosphere during breakfast, and the operators there were very accommodating. Overall, the basics need attention, but it’s usable if you're just looking for a place to crash after exploring.

Had a great vacation with friends! The location was ideal for visiting the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the fresh breakfast options. The mall nearby was a bonus for shopping. If you're catching a ferry or train, this place is super convenient.
